Who We Are
A Specialist Practice, Rooted in Spain
Based in Pilar de la Horadada on the southern Costa Blanca, we established Horizons Wealth and Support Services to address a gap we saw clearly: international clients living in or moving to Spain often face a complex web of financial, legal, and practical challenges — yet rarely find a single, trusted point of contact who truly understands their situation.
We are not a large institution. We are a specialist practice, and that is entirely by design. Our clients receive personal, considered attention — not a call centre. Every service we offer has been chosen because it directly addresses the real-world needs of expatriate life in Spain.
We offer insurance brokerage services to applicable jurisdictions via NFS Insurance Advisers and Sub Agents Ltd (regulated by the ICCS, License No: 5689), while our complementary support services ensure that the practical side of life abroad is handled with the same level of care.

The People Behind Horizons Wealth
Fiona Keogh
Founder & Lead Adviser
Fiona has worked as a financial adviser since the 1990s and has been based in Spain for the past seven years. A Chartered Financial Planner through the Chartered Insurance Institute in the United Kingdom, she also holds certification in financial coaching — bringing together technical capability, strategic insight, and a highly personal approach to client care.
Daniella Savidge-King
Lead Interpreter
Born in Spain and raised with both English and Spanish, Daniella brings bilingual capability and deep local understanding to the team. Her warmth, clarity, and knowledge of life on the Costa Blanca make her an invaluable point of contact for clients navigating both financial matters and the practical realities of daily life in Spain. Daniella is currently studying towards her Level 4 qualification as a financial adviser. In her spare time, she plays handball for the GB team.
Mark Harrison
Strategic Partner
Mark Harrison is the Managing Partner of Seagate Wealth Management, our strategic partner for pensions. Mark's background is in banking where he was a financial adviser with Lloyds Bank. He is passionate about helping ex-pats reach their financial goals and believes the only way to achieve this is through regulated and transparent financial advice. Having worked in retail banking, he understands the level of customer service people are used to and ensures the whole team at Seagate always put the client first. During his free time, Mark loves travelling with his wife and two children. Fiona and Mark maintain a close professional relationship and collaborate on selected matters where doing so is in their clients' interests.

Horizons Wealth and Support Services offers insurance brokerage services to applicable jurisdictions via NFS Insurance Advisors, Agents and Sub-Agents Ltd, which is regulated by the Insurance Companies Control Service (ICCS), License No 5689.
Where regulated investment, pension, insurance or product implementation advice is required, clients may be introduced to an appropriately authorised firm for the relevant jurisdiction. That authorised firm is responsible for any regulated advice, suitability assessment, disclosures, recommendations and implementation it provides. Horizons Wealth and Support Services may remain involved in planning coordination, education and client support but does not itself provide regulated advice.

NFS Network Financial Services Ltd is registered with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) as a foreign investment firm operating in Spain on a freedom of services basis. CNMV registration number: 3271.
These registrations permit NFS entities to provide their respective regulated services to clients resident in Spain. Horizons Wealth and Support Services acts as introducer only and does not itself hold regulatory authorisation.
